At Beautiful Luxe Hair Company, we uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all hair product sales are final and we do not accept returns or process refunds once items have been delivered.

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part:

- You must notify us within 2 business days of delivery

- The hair must be in its original packaging

- Products must be unworn and completely unaltered

- No signs of tampering or manipulation will be accepted

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange for an incorrect order:

1. Contact our customer service team within 2 business days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the received items

3. Keep all original packaging and tags intact

4. Wait for approval and shipping instructions from our team

Please Note

We cannot process exchanges for:

- Worn or altered products

- Items received over 2 business days ago

- Products that have been opened, styled, or tampered with

- Items without original packaging
