  • Booking Policy

    At Beautiful Luxe, we value your time as much as you value ours. To secure your appointment, we require a deposit that will be applied to your final service amount.

    For your convenience, you can easily manage your appointment through the scheduling link in your email confirmation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After this window, please contact our salon directly for any scheduling changes. Please note that changes made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

    To maintain our commitment to exceptional service for all guests, we kindly request 24 hours notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of $25 will apply for basic salon services, or $50 for extension services (including braids, sew-in installations, and hair color).

  • Guest Policies

    We welcome only clients receiving services during appointments to ensure you receive our full attention and maintain a serene environment. Please avoid bringing any additional guests to the scheduled appointment.

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. A $15 fee for arrivals 10+ minutes past your appointment time will be applied. Unfortunately, we may need to reschedule appointments for arrivals beyond 20 minutes late to maintain our scheduling commitments.

  • How Can I Prepare My Hair Before My Appointment?

    To ensure you receive the full benefit of your luxury service experience, please arrive with your hair prepared for your scheduled treatment. Your hair should be thoroughly detangled before your appointment unless you're scheduled for a takedown service. This allows us to dedicate our complete attention to creating your desired style and delivering the exceptional results you expect from Beautiful Luxe

  • Return Policy

    At Beautiful Luxe Hair Company, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality products to our valued clients. Due to the intimate nature of our hair products and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, all sales are final once items have been delivered. In the rare event of an incorrect order, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, products must remain in their original, unopened packaging without any alterations or signs of use. For exchange consideration, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the received items, then await further instructions. We appreciate your understanding of these policies as they ensure every Beautiful Luxe client receives pristine, luxury-grade products.

  • Shipping Policy

    We process all payments within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your payment is confirmed, your items will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package begins its journey to you. We take pride in ensuring your Beautiful Luxe experience starts with seamless delivery.
